clover mini showing offline although Ethernet and Wifi connected

The clover mini device is already connected to Ethernet and Wifi but the device is showing Offline on the top right corner with a small Red Logo. Also the Network Queue is stuck and not getting cleared. Any inputs

imgpsh-fullsize.jpg Yes I tried but not solved my issue...I am using Ubuntu 14.04. I can see my clover mini device is connected in Android Monitor window(In Android Studio)...As suggested by you am trying to install Clover Mini:Clover Mini APK Mobile: Mobile APK on my device through command prompt but am not able to detect the device to install...Plz find the attachment...

If the device doesn't show up when you run the command adb devices, you'll need to enable USB debugging on the device.
