Our account application was submitted on 02/16/2021 at 5:00 PM, still verifying.
I finally sent all the docs via the link I reveived from appmarketbusiness@clover.com
It said that if some docs were missing, we would be answered what and why, but I received no emails from Clover since.
We experience the same on both our applications for CLOVER EU and CLOVER US stores :
