Developer Account Stuck In Verifying Status - No Responses
I am writing to inquire about the status of my Clover Developer account verification. I successfully verified my account on October 15th, 2024, and promptly submitted all the required additional documents (Driver's License & Utility Bills). However, it has now been over three weeks, and I have yet to receive any response from Clover. My account remains in the "verifying" status with no updates or communication.
I am writing to express my frustration with the ongoing lack of support. I have attempted to contact all available support numbers, but no one has been able to assist me. The only response I have received is that I need to email developer-relations@devrel.clover.com, which I have been doing almost daily with no response. This lack of communication is unacceptable, and I urgently need someone to assist me in getting my account verified.
In addition, I am a Clover POS customer with the business name (The Intake, LLC), and I have been waiting to submit my integration application. The ongoing delays, coupled with the complete absence of communication, are causing significant problems for my business. Given the lack of support, I am seriously reconsidering continuing my relationship with Clover.
