I have encountered some challenges in setting up my Clover accounts, and I would be grateful for your guidance.
To provide some context, I initially created a merchant account and logged into the Clover device. However, I later realized the recommended process involves creating a developer account first and then associating it with the merchant account.
Despite this, I proceeded to create the developer account. Initially, I successfully logged in on the first day, but unfortunately, I encountered login issues the following day.
My primary question is:
I am facing difficulty logging into the Clover Mini device with the existing account. I previously received a suggestion to reassociate the devkit (reference: https://docs.clover.com/docs/clover-dev-kits),
but the main challenge is that I currently do not have access developer account associated with my current merchant account. This has led to considerable confusion.
I attempted to navigate through the existing logged Clover account from the Clover Mini device and use a new one, but unfortunately, I have been unable to do so.
