Getting 401 error while trying to get customer

Any actions with Customers endpoint throws error (401 Unauthorized)
https://sandbox.dev.clover.com/v3/merchants/{mId}/customers/{customerId}
App have all required permissions, token is valid (valid mId customerId too, of course), other endpoints working normal (Invertory, Orders, e.g.).
What's wrong with it?

Most likely your permissions did not update.
