Can we update permissions for merchants who have already installed app without uninstall?

We want to update merchants permission (write inventory) without installing app as they have an installed app with previous pricing stated and now we have updated pricing so on reinstallation merchants will see updated pricing on install page

The merchant will have to uninstall/reinstall the app for the new permissions to take effect.
