Virtual Keypad

Hi all
Got a new Clover v2 machine. How do we get Virtual Keypad onto this?
I know previously it needed to be 'pushed' onto the machine?

This app is installed to your merchant and not on your device. So, if your new device is on the same merchant than you should be able to choose your new device when you start the app.

Thank you willson. That makes sense. Because we have changed owner in the company so therefore also a new merchant ID. Do you know how we can get virtual keypad installed on the new ID?
