App status - Pending Signing

App status - Pending Signing

My app status is "Pending Signing". What does it mean?
This is the first time I see this status.
I have been waiting 3 days since the status was changed to "Pending Signing".
How to change to "Approved"?

Edited: I have just submitted the APK again

I assume this is in production? I would contact developer relations and have them look into it.

Yes, this is in production.
I've updated my app many times but this is the first time I see this status.
My app was stuck with this status.

It sounds like there's something wrong with your APK and it can't be signed properly. I would suggest verifying your APK, etc.

I verified the APK and I don't know (see) what's wrong with it.
