Http 499 Application when i try to choose payment plan- station 2018 devkit

Get 499 Application error while setting up clover dev kit.

In clover setup step 5 - Customize your device-Select Plan

When I try to select any of the plans it gives me this error and I cannot proceed.

Here is my Merchant Id: QYGZXET5F59J1.

This is a known issue we have in sandbox. If you provide me with the plan your would like I can set it for your merchant.

We want to use the plan for payment i.e., Payments Plus Bundle so please set it to my merchant account.
