CLOUD PAY

Hi David,


working on cloud integration at the moment, everything working fine all test complete in sandbox.

Semi-integration etc..


we are now gone live on one site, evey-thing is working fine when using firefox browsers.

But when we use google chrome or M edge were receiving the below error, I remove sensitive information from error.

please see the below

Thanks David, Just test the connection on chrome and M edge and fire-fox.

All working fine thank you again for the support, it's very much appreciate.

This seems related to https://medium.com/clover-platform-blog/change-is-coming-api-authentication-7d3a85d9abb4 but these changes haven't hit production yet, so I am a bit puzzled.

Hi Paul we found the issue. Our EU cloud servers are missing a patch. We are hopefully going to get this updated in the next few hours I will keep you posted.
