location with 6 mini devices operating; various devices randomly freeze in different apps - register, split payment, tips. only way to resolve is to reboot by pushing green button in paper port. Issue is random but seems to occur during busiest service hours and at end of service when entering tips. I've discussed with support more than once, only recommendation thus far is debug which i've done more than once as well as factory reset which i've done more than once - issue continues to occur.
Any suggestions to resolve?
