App not Auto-updating

Hi there!

Is there a manual update option somewhere on the production App Market to update an app? We released an update for the app a week ago but it looks like the actual apk version on one of our merchant's clover devices is outdated.

When we go on the "Installs" page on the clover dashboard and search that merchant - it's saying that they have the latest version bur we had them check and it's still a version behind.

Provide your app id and the merchant id in a moderator's only comment (See "Viewable by all users" underneath the submit button).

The merchant you provided is in a release group you set-up called multi-platform that is tied to version 1.6.
