Unsubscribe or cancel merchants that are not using our app?

Hello! We are looking to find out if there is ever an option to unsubscribe or cancel merchants that are paying for our app but not utilizing the services. We have a handful of merchants that have subscribed but never opened the app, and we do not want them to look back on this as a bad experience. Not sure if this is possible, but I thought it might be best to ask! Thanks!

Thank you for your consideration. This is not really my area of expertise, but you can try a few things. First you should try to contact the merchants, next you can try refunding them through the developer portal.
