HTTP 499 Application Error

I am trying to setup my DevKit and going through the process, last step is to select a plan where the bank account associated will get debited automatically monthly basis.


Which ever option I select with no monthly charge, 9.95 or 29.95 gives me a 499 application error, am I doing something wrong trying to setup my dev kit?

Can you provide the serial number of the device in a moderator's only post?
