Release groups: App install stuck

We're trying to release an enhanced version of our app Assign Customers. We have the new version set up to open up features based on the subscription ID. I've released the newest version only to a Release Group named Beta Testers. I tried using our dev merchant, and I even have a new customer in the release group.

Here's the issue, the app install status seams to be stuck in "Install Initiated". Our dev merchant has had it stuck for 4 days, and the new client just a bit. I don't understand what else I'm to do to get this installed. I've follow the instructions found here: https://docs.clover.com/docs/beta-releases-staged-rollouts

I don't get it, can someone help?
