Can Clover be developed as a Delphi program?

Can I load it from Delphi and use internal function?

If development is possible, which document should I refer to?

There are many ways to integrate (REST APIs, on device apps, semi integration) with us and it is not clear what you are asking. Do you want to build an Android app with Delphi and run it on a Clover device? Or something else?
