Endpoint to create a webhook

Is there an endpoint to create a webhooks (instead of the manual setup in the dashboard, describer here https://docs.clover.com/clover-platform/docs/webhooks#section--configuring-a-callback-url-)

The endpoint to create webhooks is not publicly exposed.
