Cannot add bank info for subscription tiers

The billing keeps spinning with a loading sign. Is this a bug on clover side?

This is in production. Sandbox does not have this issue.

Can you please provide more detail, perhaps a few screenshots so that I can create an internal issue to track this?

There is only one environment outside sandbox. And we are not on sandbox.

We cannot add bank account to turn on subscription tiering.
