Can't associate Devkit

Trying to associate a new DevKit. It won't allow me to associate it because I have to select a test merchant, but it won't give me a list of test merchants to select. I am the owner and admin on the account so it's not a permission issue. Please put back the old dashboard. This new one is terrible.

Can you provide your developer id and device serial in a private post?
