After some investigation, its looking as though is a delay in the Order details being written to the database on Clover.
So what is happening is the Merchant processes an order and takes a payment and then there is a long delay before that Order is available to the API.
Same issues with EU.Clover. Started four hours ago. EU.Clover.com took 4-to-7 minutes to return Open Orders from API call. Improved four hours ago.Three hours ago went slow again.
Slow down has resumed as of 13:00 UK time here in the UK and Ireland.
I have heard that there is some sort of "roll-out" happening. If this is scheduled for early hours of the morning in the US West coast, it would be happening here in the UK at around this time. Could this be the problem? If so, could we have a response from Clover please regarding how much longer this is expected to continue for.

Yes. My UK merchants report issues again today-now with response. So two apps or more affected by delays in receiving Orders info from EU.Clover.com. All points to EU.Clover server delays.
