Possible to clear out all orders in sandbox mode, for a merchant?

Possible to clear out all orders in sandbox mode, for a merchant? I can delete normal orders, but not paid ones, I was testing with the rest api, but orders which have payment associated cannot be deleted. I mean even payments are fake/test, why shouldn't we be able to delete test orders with payment associated.

Sandbox Merchants are meant to replicate Prod Merchants. So orders with any payment processed on it cannot be deleted. If the goal is to just have 0 orders on your Test Merchant you can create a new Test Merchant to start fresh.
