Flex 3 not connecting to usb with Macbook Pro or Windows

The Flex 3 Dev Kit doesn't even show up as a device in either Windows or Mac.

Also, trying to run the Clover Sale app gets "Communication failed, please try again" when tapping Charge.

If your Flex 3 is not connecting to USB with MacBook Pro or Windows, ensure the cable and port are functional, and update the device drivers. Check for compatibility issues in system settings Tools like Salesflo
