Alternative Notification Services

Is anyone using any third party notification systems with clover (android app)?
We're using FCM for everything, but clover can't support due to lack of google play services. I'm considering using pushy.me
Requirements:
  1. Fast (10-15sec delays when using clover notification api here in Ireland)
  2. Payload/silent support (Allow a custom java service to decide what to do)
  3. Not too pricey
  4. Reliable 24/7
REST API

This is closed but there's no answer to this anywhere. I'm also looking for a reliable notification system

Have you tried pushy.me? I have tested it and it seems to work well.

Thank you for your response David. I noted pushy.me and will try it.

Do you know what the underlying issue for the lack of reliability is with Clover's own SDK? Is it the devices themselves by any chance or the protocol they use to trigger the notifications? Would it be possible to achieve guaranteed delivery through Clover instead of relying on a third-party solution?
