When uploading a new Android APK, I always get the error "Save failed. Please check your network connection and try again." in Global Account (Production - North America or Latin America). What should I do now? We have been stuck here for three days and can't submit the app.
My network connection is fine.
I tried logging out and back in several times and clearing the browser cache but no results.
Sometimes it shows the message: Production environment is down

Please help!
