I would double check you're associating the correct serial number, and associating with a sandbox developer account. After entering your device's serial number on the DevKit association page, the device should restart. If that's not happening, I would also check the device's connectivity.
Just checked the serial number with the sandbox dev account and they are the same. And my device did not restart itself and after click on the check connection button it show "Successfully connected to server." Any other idea or suggestions?
