Getting Errors when Installing the Clover APKs to Android 4.4.2

I am getting errors when installing the •App Updater: com.clover.appupdater-1096.apk and the Clover: com.clover.engine-1804.apk. to an Android device running 4.4.2

I either get "Unfortunately, Clover has stopped working" or I get a invalid password error (I know the password is correct), if I click on forgot password, it tells me no account found.

please help.........

Have you already used the targetnewenvironment script mentioned here: https://docs.clover.com/build/emulator/ ?
