Developing in Unity3D created Certification errors

I'm building my app in Unity 3d. I didn't know how Unity handled certifications and I've lost the original certification. I can't upload an update I made because the keys don't match. Is there anyway to retrieve them or can I have my current apk removed from the submission process so that I can upload a new version of my apk.

The easiest thing is to create a new app. You'll need to use a different package name of course.
