I'm getting "Unable to reach callback URL" when using https with a webhook callback URL

I'm getting "Unable to reach callback URL" when using https with a webhook callback URL.

I can change to an http url.

I can mimic the post using poster in https.

Is there a problem with an HTTPS implementation that depends on SNI?

One thing, when viewing the logs. the verify check is not reaching the server when using https as there is nothing logged. There will be something logged.
