I am trying to install a webhook for our stage environment and it fails. The webhook url is https://customerconnect-stage.com/ver.... The URL is correct because I can invoke it from the browser.
However, when I try to install it in the sandbox account, and try to confirm it, I get the message saying "Unable to reach callback URL". Our webhook in our production environment works fine.
Any help would be appreciated.
