[Sandbox] Webhooks seems to be not functioning now

Just noticed this on sandbox. For some reason we are not receiving any webhook notifications for orders, customers or anything as such, except for App install and uninstall notifications. This was working last evening. Is anyone else experiencing this issue on sandbox?

Ignore this. Sandbox webhooks seems to be working now. closing this issue for the time being.
