We have a developer account that currently exists. and are able to login successfully.
But, While accessing Global Developer Account access,
if i use the same credentials, it says user details don't match.
if i create a new account, it says it already exists
If i request for forgot password, neither the new reset link comes.

tried reach dev relations couple of times, no response since weeks
