Request developer account ownership on sandbox

I am trying to request developer account ownership on sandbox, but there is not option "Request ownership".

Both account have 2FA on, and it still doesn't show the option.

This is on sandbox.

Do you have the necessary permissions:


  • If you are the current owner of the developer account, you can initiate and complete the ownership transfer process.
  • If you are an active admin, you can request for ownership transfer.
