Unable to make changes to app SITE URL in US Clover App Market

Hi,
I am trying to change the site URL in US app market

And I keep getting an error 400.

"There is already one outstanding revision, please add any new changes to that revision."

The App is running and its Private and have green bar

I check it up no revision to the app

And we cannot use old domain name so we need to change the URL to the new one

Please advise
