Hello Clover Community,
I’m currently developing an app in the Clover sandbox environment and facing an issue with the TIPS functionality on my Clover Station POS device. I’m trying to set the Tip Entry Location to "On Printed Receipt," but I keep seeing the message:
"Your account is not set up to accept tips on paper."
As part of the development, I need to send a video to Clover Developer Relations covering all payment cases. Unfortunately, I’m unable to record one involving a tip due to this issue.
My app ID is G1S1BY2FWVQ6Y, and I’m using the sandbox for development. Has anyone come across this problem, or can anyone provide a solution?
