Submitting an App to marketplace

Hello,


We are a tech company that developed an app for scheduling in multi-branch retail businesses. We want to integrate with Clover POS and publish the app in the App Store. However, I was not able to create an account in the developer portal. It shows that my email is already signed up, and when I press "Forgot Password," I get an email. When I open the link, it shows me "Page Not Found."

Can anyone help and show us how to start ?

I also faced same issue but now it solved for me. Manage Publix passport
