We provide a private app that sends order webhooks into our system. We have a prospective customer who claims that they do not have access to clover cloud, and whenever they need to run reporting they have to pull the data from the devices directly. Given that, it seems like our app may not work for them. But I can't find any documentation or reference to using Clover POS but not having cloud/dashboard access.
I'm trying to verify if this is an expected merchant setup, or if they may just be confused on their end?
