In production, I only can make one successful transaction, then I got this error "Declined as sale count per card is greater than configured amount"
Where can I view and configure the sale count per card?
You will have to go to the merchants fraud settings in Account & Setup> Fraud settings
We get this error on certain cards. We generally cannot authorize even one transaction on the card even though our fraud setting is five per card in one day.
There must be something about the cards that fail that triggers the error but it is not clear to us what that might be.
Are there any troubleshooting steps that we might take?
