Where is the settings for the error "Declined as sale count per card is greater than configured amount"

In production, I only can make one successful transaction, then I got this error "Declined as sale count per card is greater than configured amount"

Where can I view and configure the sale count per card?

You will have to go to the merchants fraud settings in Account & Setup> Fraud settings
