It seems that review times are really long. Our app has been pending review for more than 5 months. We have attempted to contact developer-relations@devrel.clover.com several times, but we have not received any response.

My app is in review since 45 days

try writing an email to dev relations.
Approval process is really very tiring.
Hoping for their improvement.
