Global Dev Login Kicks me out back to log in

Hello,
After log in it does some weird redirects then I get sent back to the login page.
https://www.clover.com/fusionauth/oauth2/authorize?client_id=MYCLIENTID&response_type=code&redirect_uri=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.clover.com%2Fglobaldeveloperexperience%2Fcallbacks%2Fredirect-login&scope=openid%20offline_access

Why does it do this? Is it confusing me logging into the developer account and my developer sandbox test account?
