Hello, we have multiple merchant using clover in SI mode, network pay and rest pay display. Both connectivity from time to time will encounter an endless spinning wheel after the card is tapped or inserted forcing the merchant to reboot the device but the transaction wouldve been process simply the approved message not showing since it is stuck at the spinning wheel.
Any idea? This occurs randomly...
