Sandbox Service Plan isn't working

Hello,

I want to upgrade my test merchant (3XJWN835BME61) plan in Sandbox env to get inventory access, but I am always getting the billing error.

Could you please help me upgrade the service plan?

Hey I upgraded your test merchant, you should be able to access inventory now
