Dev account verification

How long does it take to get dev account verified, also how long does it take for app marketplace approval? I'm starting a new business and planning on integrating with clover, so just need to have an idea about how soon should I push the app to the marketplace for review.

Up to 2 attachments (including images) can be used with a maximum of 512.0 KiB each and 1.0 MiB total.

if everything is done correct and there is no backlog, it is normally 3-4 weeks
