Diagnositics failed

Information

  • ENV: sandbox dev clover
  • Device: Clover Flex Gen 3 (DEV kit)

Error:

  • When the diagnostic app is initialized, the view shows a RED CROSS on Payments, Server and Notification

Failed solutions

  • I have rebooted the device several times, and it does not work
  • I have enable and disable wifi and mobile data and it does not work
  • I have try to execute the Sync secure processor and it always fails

NOTES:

  • When I created employees from the device, those appear on the web sandbox dashboard
  • The bussines information is updated in the device when I update it from the web sandbox dashboard
  • The device was working fine on USA, but I moved to CA. Can that affect?
