The Authorization App needs improvement. We need to be able to REPRINT an authorization at any time. Right now, once you miss the question "Print receipt" you cannot print it again.
Then we also need to see all voided authorizations in a list. Right now, everything disappears once an authorization is voided; We cannot reprint or see an old authorization, which is crazy for a rental business like us. Even for a bar.
Authorizations are deposits. Often of a higher amount than the real transaction; We need to be able to calm down a angry customer who does not see a voided auth back into his account promptly. Right now it is very hard since we have no views of past auths!
