Clover programming Language support

As per the current system implementation the Payment authentication token will be created from WebAPI and payment process has done through the JavaScript code. Shall we use the same architecture with Clover as well? If not, can you please suggest an approach that fit for clover. It will help us to identify is there any additional architecture changes required.
