Hosted Checkout Webhook Not Working

Is anyone else experiencing issues with the Hosted Checkout webhook not working? We can not seem to get it working in either the sandbox or production environments. The set up should be pretty straightforward, we have a publicly available https link set in Account & Setup > Hosted checkout > Webhook. We also have redirect URLs and those are working.

I opened a ticket for the exact same issue. Everything in the hosted checkout is working EXCEPT the web hook. It is definitely not calling our endpoint at all upon payment. I am still waiting on resolution.

Payment errors with the test card and also no web hook
