When seeing an order with state of open, the sum of the line items does not match the order total shown. This is likely due to taxes but the Order API does not have a way to show taxes until payment is created. This is a problem. How can this be retrieved? Alternatively, is there a way to fetch the receipt URL that would give additional info?
