Order didn't get printed automatically from the default printer

We create an order and call the print web API, but the order didn't get printed automatically from the default printer. Can you please check what's the issue?

Do you know if the device is in CF(customer-facing) mode using any of our CF apps (Cloud Pay, Rest Pay, etc). If it is, Print events will fire once the device exits our of CF mode. We are looking into this.


And what environment you are in and what is the merchant id.

We are on production env, merchant id: FC0FZGFXP76Y. Also I don't think that the merchant's device is on CF mode, if we change the setting to "Unlabel Item", then the it can print automatically, if we choose specific "Labels" to print, then it doesn't. However, we are sure the item is assigned with the right label.
