When would a location be issued a new MID?

Under what circumstances does a merchant get a new account? Do you have any webhooks to help us track this so we can maintain correct MID's in our application? If not what is the recommendation for keeping data in sync when an MID changes?

If the merchant gets a new account I would assume they would need to install your app again (on the new account )and I would also assume that when the old account was closed your app would be uninstalled.
